You can explore events by city, category, date, and/or keyword through our intuitive event listing page and also via the map/search available from the header on the event calendar page.
Is there a fee to use Soulcircus?
Our event discovery service is free for users. It is also free for event organizers who would like to add their own events. We believe in accessible wellness for everyone.
How can I stay updated on upcoming events?
Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on our social media accounts to get the latest updates on new and upcoming events. You’ll find the corresponding links in the page footer. However, to receive personalized newsletters with events, simply save your list of favorites by signing in on the calendar. We’ll make sure to send you a selection of events related to the events and categories you’ve liked and saved so far.
Can I book events directly through Soulcircus?
Yes, Soulcircus offers direct booking for many events. Simply click on the “Book” button on an event page to secure your spot.
For event organizers
How do I list my event on Soulcircus?
Click on “Publish your event” in the header of the event calendar page to access the event manager self-service platform. Simply create an account with your email address, sign in on the platform and start by clicking on “Create new event”. Fill out the event input form and submit it. Once our team has reviewed and approved your event, it will be published on the date you chose.
What kind of events can I list?
We welcome a wide range of holistic and wellness events — from yoga workshops to meditation retreats, as long as they align with our community values.
Is there a cost to list events on Soulcircus?
Listing your events on Soulcircus is completely free. We offer premium options for increased visibility.
How can Soulcircus help increase attendance at my events?

For teachers/practitioners
How can I create a practitioner profile on Soulcircus?
Simply visit the “Practitioner” page available from the header. From there, fill out the profile form, save and start reaching new clients.
What benefits do I get by joining Soulcircus?
You'll gain exposure towards our community, be able to list your events, and receive insights and support to grow your practice, all while continuously building up trust with your audience.
Can I sell my wellness products on Soulcircus?

How does Soulcircus ensure the quality of teachers/practitioners present on the platform?
We have a vetting process to ensure that teachers/practitioners meet our standards for professional expertise and service quality. We also offer users the possibility to share ratings and reviews based on their experience.
Technical issues for users
What should I do if my payment doesn't go through?
Please ensure that your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds on your account. If the issue persists, contact your bank to check they are not blocking the transaction. You can also reach out to us at hello@cruncho.com for further assistance.
I'm having trouble accessing my account, what should I do?
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. Don’t forget to check your spam in case the reset code ended up there. If you still can't access your account, please email our support team at hello@cruncho.com for assistance.
How can I cancel or get a refund for an event I can no longer attend?
The cancellation and refund policy is specific to each event. Please refer to the event’s detail page for the organizer's policy. If the event has been booked through and if eligible, request a cancellation through your Soulcircus account.
Technical issues for event organizers and practitioners
Why isn't my event showing up after I submitted it?
All events are subject to a review process before being published. If it's been more than a couple of days, please check your email including your spam folder for any communication from us or contact hello@cruncho.com for assistance.
How can I edit my listed event?
You can always access all your events from your organizer account in the event manager platform. Log into your event manager organizer account, select the event you wish to update, and edit the details. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at hello@cruncho.com
What should I do if I'm experiencing technical difficulties with the event manager?
First, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or use a different browser. If the problem persists, fill in the irregularity form that you can access by clicking on Contact us in the menu under your name, and submit your feedback. We will contact you shortly after.

How can I report a bug or a technical issue on the website?
We appreciate your help in keeping Soulcircus running smoothly. Please report any technical issues, with as much detail as possible, including screenshots, via the irregularity form that you will find under the “myCircus” menu item.
Are there any browser requirements or settings for using Soulcircus?
Soulcircus works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Ensure JavaScript is enabled and consider disabling ad blockers while using our services.
