Sessions booking

For each session booked through your Soulcircus profile page or embedded booking widget, you receive the full session price, minus the plan-based service fee. This fee fully covers the Stripe transaction costs (e.g. 1.5% + 1.8 SEK for standard European Economic Area bank cards, 2.99% + 4.5 SEK for Klarna, etc.).

Your guests always pay exactly the price you publish, including VAT for private individuals, or excluding VAT when the booking is made on behalf of a company.

Cancel bookings directly from the “Bookings” section of your admin panel. If an attendee has already paid, a full refund is automatically issued upon cancellation. You can also allow attendees to cancel their own bookings via the link in their confirmation email. To reduce last-minute cancellations, you can set a cancellation deadline directly on the session page.

This feature empowers you to efficiently manage registrations for both free and paid events. By creating a registration form, a Book button is automatically added to the event’s detail page, streamlining the booking process for your guests. For paid events, registrations are seamlessly connected to checkout and payment, while free events allow guests to reserve their spot instantly. Upon confirmation, guests receive an email confirming their attendance, along with the option to cancel if needed.

Events booking

Easily sell your event tickets and manage bookings through the platform, streamlining the ticketing process for your events.
Built-in ticketing and payment options

Access to Soulcircus’ advanced promotion tools
You can cancel bookings directly from the “Event ticketing” section of your Event Manager. If an attendee has paid for a ticket, they will automatically receive a refund once the booking is cancelled. In this case, the service fee is also refunded, meaning the attendee receives 100% of their purchase amount back. You can also choose to allow attendees to cancel their own bookings. When enabled, attendees can cancel directly via the link in their confirmation email. To help reduce last-minute cancellations, you can define a cancellation deadline in the “Policy” tab of the Event Manager.
